What the forms collect

This site has two forms. The contact form collects your name, firm name, email, firm size, and message. The checklist form collects your email address. Both forms deliberately ask for no trust-account details, client names, or matter information. Please keep it that way.

Submissions are delivered to the practice's email. They are not stored in a website database, because this site has none.

What happens to your information

We use what you send to reply to you, to schedule a readiness call if you ask for one, and, if you downloaded the checklist, to send occasional compliance-related notes you can opt out of with one click.

We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for their marketing. Service providers that operate our email and scheduling tools process it only to provide those services.

Analytics and cookies

This site sets no tracking cookies. If privacy-respecting analytics are enabled in the future, they will be aggregate and cookie-free (Plausible or similar), and this page will say so before that happens.

Your choices

To see, correct, or delete anything you have sent us, email hello@getsumcertain.com. Deletion requests are honored promptly, subject only to records we must keep for an active engagement.
